How it works

    Install one collector file

    Runs locally on your machine. A --dry-run flag lets you check exactly what would be sent before it sends anything. Authenticated with a personal token issued at signup.

    Three lines on yesterday, one suggestion for today, one line comparing to last week. Under 300 words.

    Get one review every week

    How your "five practices" are trending, and which traps you hit that week.

    A shareable image summarizing your last 7 days. No payment required — just install the collector.

What we send and don't send

Prompt text is never sent by default. Data is kept 90 days and deleted immediately on cancellation.

We send
  • Timestamps of your sessions
  • Which tool you used (Claude Code / Claude Desktop / Codex)
  • Call counts and token counts
  • Working folder name (hashing under consideration)
We don't send
  • Prompt text
  • Tool output content
  • Any code you wrote or generated

No promises

You're compared only to your own past week — never to other people. We don't promise this coaching will improve your results. The current thresholds come from one person's own usage patterns, not a benchmark across many users yet.

Billed via Polar. Cancel anytime; no refund for partial months, but a full refund is available within 7 days of your first charge.

FAQ

Do you see my prompts or code?

No, not by default. We only receive timestamps, tool name, call/token counts, and a working folder name.

Does this work on Windows?

Not yet. macOS is supported first; Linux has a cron template. Windows support is not available.

Do you cover ChatGPT usage?

No. This covers Claude Code, Claude Desktop, and Codex CLI/desktop usage only.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancelling stops future charges and deletes your stored data immediately.
